What does the ticket price include?
In addition to an evening filled with entertainment and fun fellowship with our school community, your ticket to the auction includes appetizers during the silent auction and a 2-course sit-down dinner during the live auction. Drink tickets can be purchased with your auction ticket and a cash bar is available for your convenience at the event.
Can I sponsor a teacher to attend the auction and dinner?
YES! The PTSA is offering complementary tickets for teachers and staff at Woodridge Elementary. The PTSA is asking for $25 donations (or any amount) to help fund this. If you would like to help you can pay with credit card by selecting Sponsor Staff in the Donation section when you buy tickets or donate money on the auction website (coming soon!). Cash/check donations can be returned with the invitation sent home in March. Your generosity can help defray the cost of this generous invitation.
How early do I need to RSVP?
The early bird gets the worm... or the prize! We will be holding weekly drawings for great prizes for early RSVP's. Once you RSVP, you are entered into each of the following week's drawings, so the earlier you RSVP, the more chances you have to win! Final RSVPs are due by May 1, 2014, so don't delay!
Who can I sit with?
The event is open seating so you can sit with anyone you like. Tables of 10 can be reserved by a table captain. All tables of ten with guests registered by April 18th will go into a drawing for a great prize. If you would like to participate, please organize your own tables of ten and send an email to our auction RSVP Chair Kim Uyematsu ([email protected]) with the ten names.
What is the Dress Code?
Smart casual and culturally appropriate attire.
Where do I park?
Parking is available at the Bellevue Red Lion free of charge during the event.
If I can't come, can I still make a donation?
Yes! You can make a donation on our website (coming soon!) or by returning the RSVP portion with cash or check. Your generous support helps make Woodridge Elementary a great place for every student.
